Bust-wrap a tape measurer under your armpits, across your back and around the fullest part of your bust. Be sure your arms are by your side.
Hips (Lower)- do not measure your hip bones, this will be too high! Start on one side and wrap around to the other. You should be measuring the largest part of your bottom/ hips.
Waist- use a tap measurer to measure around your waistline which is located above your belly button but below your rib cage (if you’re having trouble, bend to the side and you will find your natural waistline crease).
